Brand partnerships.

I’ve talked about them before as one of my favorite ways to boost attendance in your gym or wellness studio.

But how do you figure out how to choose the right brand partnerships to work with… the first time?

Brand partnerships are a fantastic way to reach more of your dream clients AND make more money. (And really, who doesn’t want that?!)

However, learning how to identify a company or person who would be a perfect fit for your brand and business is challenging.

But guess what?

It doesn’t have to be… That’s where I come in.

Let me break it down for you

These are my top three tips to find and start valuable brand partnerships.

1. Find brands who share your vision

   There’s no point in working with a person or company if you have nothing in common. Search social media tags and local businesses to find brands with common goals and shared interests with you. If you want to promote women empowerment through your business, find brands who also feel the same way!

2. R-E-S-P-E-C-T

   Just like Aretha said, you need respect. Always work with brands who have mutual respect for you and your business, AND value what you do. You don’t want to work with someone who doesn’t care about you/your company or only wants to make money off you. Find someone who respects your time and vice versa. Or else, you might just have to walk out the door.

3. Community is everything

The best brand partnerships are with people in the same or similar community as you. If your brand focuses on creating sustainable activewear for women, you’re probably not going to reach out to partner with a company that sells men’s wear. They just won’t get it.

Shoot your shot

When you work with someone involved in your community, who has similar interests, AND respects what you do, the opportunities will be flowin’.

Plus, you’ll enjoy working with each other and will look forward to the next time you get to collaborate together.

Think of this as a little push in the right direction.
